    The game Artist will work closely with the Art Leads and will have an important role in demonstrating and maintaining the visual and technical aspects of next gen game assets from initial stage to completion of the texture ready in game model.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Artistic demonstration and proficiency in Modeling and Texturing for Characters, Environments & Vehicles.
    • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver quality work in an efficient manner.
    Modeling:
    • Creating high-poly and low-poly in-game modeling.
    • Hard surface and organic modeling.
    • Sculpting abilities in creating surface details.
    Texturing:
    • Creating textures for 3D assets from the photo source ”realistic art style” or concept art hand painted “stylized art style”.
    • Demonstrate creativity and adaptability towards different game art styles.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • 1+ years of professional experience in working on next-gen games for the console.
    • Candidate must have strong knowledge of Modeling, Texturing, and Z-Brush skills to create assets with quality of AAA titles.
    • Good understanding of Photoshop, Max (or Maya), Z-brush (or Mudbox) or equivalent.
    • Knowledge of generating normal maps from high-poly models.
    • Solid understanding of experience in preparing and optimizing art for game.

  • Producer

    Dhruva is looking for a Producer. You would be responsible for managing and leading multiple projects or franchises simultaneously at different stages of development from concept to completion while acting as the product’s champion.

    As an active member of Studio Management you would be driving the highest level of delivery capabilities, development processes, and delivery advancements. You would also be expected to actively participate in day-to-day Studio operations and client interactions.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Serve as a technical and business resource to other producers, assisting them in the resolution of complex problems or leading them on larger projects.
    • Support the strategic planning and budgeting processes for products, providing financial, technical, and creative input to management.
    • Assist and drive identifying key in-house products to support the company business goals.
    • Assist in improving development processes and best practices.
    • Assist Producers in the direction of large strategic products.
    • Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as resources.

    The Art Director is responsible for establishing and driving the visual art direction for the team, managing a staff of internal and external artists and overseeing the art creation pipeline.

    This role requires solid relationship building skills and the ability to engage, lead, and influence strategically within the business and amongst multiple partner and stakeholder groups. Outcomes will include successful delivery of projects, setting high quality targets and staying within operating and capital budgets, including the group’s resource plan and establishing credible and collaborative relationships with stakeholders. This role will report into the Director - Console Studio.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Work closely with clients and establish visual language for internal teams.
    • Direct internal teams towards the visual goals.
    • Manage client expectations related to art over the lifecycle of the project.
    • Develop and grow team capabilities.
    • Provide leadership and act as an advisor to help resolve complex design and technical challenges.

    • An overall experience of 7+ years in the gaming industry.
    • Atleast 1 year of experience in the role of an Art Director (AAA or AA games industry experience preferred).
    • Graduation in art-related field is a MUST.

    • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, 3D Studio Max (or equivalents).

    The 2D Artist will be responsible for the delivery of 2D art visuals. The successful candidate will digitally paint 2D illustrations of characters, environments and hidden object items. They will create work that matches the game look, feel, and overall visual identity of the game while working closely with the Art Director.

    • Work closely with the Art Director to produce final artwork for all aspects of our 2D pipeline.
    • Paint game environments backgrounds, props, characters and game themes.
    • Research and incorporate visual reference into their work.
    • Should be able to contribute ideas and solutions to specific game requirements based on previous research.

    • 5+ years of experience.
